Poster should be prepared in “portrait” format. The size of the poster must not be bigger than 98 cm width x 150 cm height. Poster material must be prepared in advance and must be large enough to be viewed from a distance of 90 cm. All posters must be written entirely in English. Lettering should be at least 1.0 cm high for good visibility. Each poster must have a top banner indicating the title of the paper, the names of the authors and their affiliations. The characters in the banner must be at least 2.5 cm. Drawings and graphs should be simple with bold lines.

Posters will be displayed during the entire Symposium in the foyers of the Symposium Venue, close to the main conference hall and catering area. For set-up please look for the poster labeled with your poster number. There will be a plan of poster locations available at the Secretariat as well as in the Programme and Abstract Book. The poster can be fastened on to the stands with tape provided by the Symposium Secretariat on site.

Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters themselves. Staff will be on the floor at mounting time to assist poster presenters. We ask that you kindly arrive early (before 8:30 am) on Monday June 8th to set up your poster before the event begins. Posters should be removed on 9 June by 18:00. Please note: Posters not removed by the presenters will be thrown away. The organisers cannot accept liability for lost or damaged posters.

A dedicated poster session will take place on Monday, 8 June from 17:00-18:30 and authors are kindly asked to be available for discussion during that time. Authors as well as participants are encouraged to visit the poster area at other times to further discuss and exchange ideas with colleagues. Please view the full Symposium program here.

In case unforeseen circumstances should prevent you from participating, please notify the Symposium Secretariat conference@frens.ee ASAP, so that appropriate corrections can be made in the program.
